Bridget J. Wilson Bridget J. Wilson graduated from Creighton University and
the University of San Diego School of Law. Her practice includes personal
injury, general civil litigation, military law and employment law.
She is a frequent speaker and author on the military's "Don't Ask,
Don't Tell" policy, published in the Clark Boardman Callaghan practice
manual Sexual Orientation and the Law. She has successfully represented
and advised numerous clients in military cases, at administrative proceedings
and courts-martial and before the discharge review and corrections boards.
Her personal injury practice involves automobile accidents, serious
injuries and wrongful death cases. The personal injury practice includes
trial practice as well as negotiated settlements.
She works with Paula Rosenstein in employment matters.
She is a member of American Veterans for Equal Rights, the National Guard Association of California and AmVets.
She was Co-President of the Tom Homann Law Association, 1996-1998. Ms. Wilson is consulting counsel for the Servicemembers Legal Defense Network. She is member of the Community Council and vice-president of Dignity/San Diego. In 2006, she was honored on the “Wall of Honor” of the LGBT Center of San Diego.
Ms. Wilson has taught military law as a member of the adjunct faculty of Thomas Jefferson School of Law. She has published numerous articles on military law and justice.
