Cyber Widgets was created by Kathy to distribute
a series of internet "plug-ins". She has hired four individuals,
two technicians and two sales people. She wants to make sure that
these employees don't take her business with them if they leave.
She has also been told by friends that she should consider incorporating
her business.

oversees the business transactional services, including
incorporation, partnership agreements and business documents, as
well as civil litigation and regulatory matters, employment and
labor advice for small and mid-sized employers. The firm also provides
representation in reviewing contract negotiations.
