Gail runs a printing business. Richard specially
ordered 40,000 printed portfolios for a convention. The printing
was delayed because the vendor for the portfolis failed to deliver
them to Gail promptly. Richard had to pay extra shipping and handling
charges to assure the portfolios went out on time. He wants Gail
to pay those costs and compensate him for the extra work he did
in getting the portfolios to the convention.
