Merrianne E. Dean Merrianne E. Dean is a graduate of Western State School of Law, now Thomas Jefferson School of Law. Ms. Dean’s primary practice includes estate planning and probate litigation involving decedent’s estates, trusts and conservatorships. She provides broad-based planning for marital and non-marital couples and disputes involving Registered Domestic Partners.  She also assists registered and non-registered domestic partners with the termination of their relationships and division of their jointly owned assets. Ms. Dean is a member of Lawyers Club and the Tom Homann Law Association. She is a member of the San Diego Bar Association, and served as the Co-Chair of SDCBA’s Probate and Estate Section in 2005-2006.
