Paula S. Rosenstein
Paula Rosenstein received her undergraduate degree from the University of California at San Diego. She is a graduate of the University Of San Diego School Of Law.
Throughout her career, Ms. Rosenstein has focused her practice on employment issues, especially wrongful termination, discrimination and harassment. She assists employers in preparing and maintaining personnel policies and procedures, as well as training for businesses aimed at preventing employment problems. Ms. Rosenstein also assists businesses on day to day issues that arise in the course of running a business.
She also works with domestic partners at the start of a relationship when the partners want to define the terms of their relationship. Additionally, Ms. Rosenstein, when necessary, represents individuals in the termination of the relationship - including litigation where appropriate.
She has successfully represented clients who have been discriminated against and harassed.
Outside of her office, she is the past-president of Lawyers Club of San Diego and continues to service on its equality and advisory committees. From 1993-1996 she was the Co-President of the Tom Homann Law Association, San Diego’s LGBT bar association.
